When we see the drama unfold because some amateur comics dared to paint their faces black minstrel style you really have to laugh more at the hypocrites criticizing than the actual routine.
Harry Connick jr did his own impersonation as you have probably seen. He dressed up as a black pastor and talked about baby jesus in a comedy routine, he just didn’t have a black face. Apparently thats ok. Would it still be ok if he impersonated a Rabbi, I don’t think so, I am sure that is anti semitic. What about Kamahl, he complains about the black face routine but still describes himself as the Brown wiggle on his own web site.

What about all the black rap artists who say nigger, why is that ok but if a white or asian said it it would be racist regardless of the sentiment. Isn’t that more racism if one race can say something but others cannot.
Perhaps anybody with the agenda of trying to make themselves appear holier than thou should first look into the ridiculous crap they do in the name of entertainment before speaking.

Roman Polanski is so nice. He is also amazingly talented. If more pedophiles created movie masterpeices and earned the respect of their hollywood peers and paid hard earned cash for the forgiveness of their victims the world would be a better place.

In fact next time a person is arrested on suspicion of raping a child, lets release them with a supply of Vodka and Quaaludes and a movie contract. That way they can flee the country and live happily ever after with little or no regard for the law or the rights of children. We could even call the (Vodka and Quaalude cocktail a ‘Polanski’)

Alternatively Polanski could just face the charges that he already pled guilty to and serve his time. Hopefully, dispite purchasing the forgiveness of his victim, he will spend the rest of his life in prison with the other child rapists.

Why do people find it so hard to be truthful about very ordinary food being served at restaurants.

I like nothing more than paying for a beautiful meal and having great service from a waiter or waitress. When this happens I am happy to tell the chef, staff and managers how great the experience has been and they love it.

So why when I have had less than satisfactory meal, is my opinion supposed to be kept to myself. Why are people embarrassed to have eaten a poorly presented or cooked meal, why suffer and say nothing, why do the staff, chefs and managers hate you when you complain.

I would like to tell waiters if they carry two plates in one hand and somebody else’s meal is resting on top of mine, even slightly, I am not going to be happy. If the waitress carrying my food to me has my meal resting on her arm and her breast resting in my meal, I will not be happy. If the waiter has his thumb in my meal when he brings it to the table I will not be happy.

If the chef gives me food that is clearly below standard I will tell them, If there is a hair or an insect in my food I will not pay. I would not expect somebody to pay me if I do a job so badly that the customer is dissatisfied so why should I. If I cannot eat it I will not pay and if I eat it and it is worth less than the price I have to pay I will certainly let them know.

If you do less than this then each time you have a bad meal you only have yourself to blame. The restaurants, chefs and wait staff cannot learn where the problems are if the remain oblivious.

Do yourself, me and everybody who eats in restaurants a favor and speak up, don’t just pay and moan to yourself or your partner.

OMFG do we really have to see any more second rate celebrities used as filling during ratings low spots.

Nobody wants to see hack celebs clinging to last chance free rolls trying to salvage fame through saturation. People would much rather see entertaining new commers on television rather than human reruns.

Why does it suddenly seem like it is worse to steal peoples money through some half baked ponzi scheme or mail fraud than it is to molest or rape children.

For example, Richard Leon Pinckney was sentenced to 17 years jail for insurance fraud but Gilford Prenderast gets 5 years for repeatedly molesting a 12 year old over an 18month period.
Bernie Madoff as we know got 150 years for his ponzi efforts while George Joseph England has been on the run for 29 years after being found guilty of molesting 3 young girls, he abused and raped a 5 year old girl from the moment he became a fugitive and continued this for many years claiming she was his daughter. George is now facing 6 years in jail with the sentence halved for good behavior.

Stefan A. Wilson got twenty years for his christian crisis investment rip off but Neil Wark gets two years house arrest for molesting 4 young girls.

Is it any wonder Shayne Thomas Davidson was beaten senseless by a father who discovered that his child had been molested by Davidson. Now this father has been charged and faces jail while his Shayne Davidson is let off lightly because he was bashed.

In a world gone mad, money is more important than children, a child molesters feelings are taken into consideration during sentencing and a protective father is labelled a vigilante. I am ashamed of our legal system. It continually fails our most vulnerable while it bows to the almighty dollar. If children paid taxes and voted they would be much safer.

If this father is the last ‘vigilante’ I will be very, very surprised.

Congratulations, after some recent strike action Jockeys have reached agreement with the Australian Racing Board. Previously they restricted to whipping their mounts with three consecutive strikes on one occasion inside the final 200 metres before thereafter being able to use the whip on every second stride.

Now they are able to whip their mounts only on alternate strides inside the final 200 metres of a race, but they can now use the whip a total of seven times in the final 100 metres.

This is apparently a victory for common sense according to the Australian Racing Board and The Australian Jockey association.

I guess they consider it a victory for common sense because the jockeys actually wanted to be able to flog the poor horses unrestricted inside the final 100 meters.

I would like to see the trainers being able to zapp the jockeys on the nuts for the last 100 meters using radio controlled tasers, that might make the jockeys ride with some skill instead of just whipping the poor freakin horse.

Anyway if the jockeys need to be able to belt the shit out of some other innocent animals they can take out their punishing needs in Japan for the up coming dolphin slaughter, I am sure the japanese killers would make room for some jockeys with their whips.
